Shipping & Returns


Hera + Hermes always provides FREE standard shipping on ALL orders in the continental USA - delivery is anywhere between 4-7 business days! Some customers may qualify for upgraded shipping at no charge- register to qualify for this service or contact us for details.

We are also offering Express and Overnight shipping.

Express shipping is $29.95 and delivery is in 2 to 3 business days.

Overnight shipping is $39.95 and delivery is in 1 to  2 business days. 

* Orders placed after 5PM will be shipped the next business day. Friday orders after 5PM will be shipped on Monday.


Hera + Hermes offers FREE shipping outside of USA for all orders above $500 . For Orders that are below $500 Hera + Hermes  provides flat rate standard shipping on ALL orders outside of USA! Some customers may qualify for upgraded shipping at no charge- register to qualify for this service or contact us for details.

Delivery charges are only for shipping. If your country charges a tariff, taxes, duties, border fees or any other kind of charge it is the customers responsibility. Hera and Hermes ONLY collects shipping fees, any other charges levied by your country is your responsibility to pay. We have no idea of knowing if or what the fees will be, it is the customers responsibility to determine this information.


Shipping to Canada/Mexico:

We charge and collect for shipping only. Taxes, duties and border fees as well as any other related charges are customer’s responsibility.

Import taxes outside of North America:

You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. This is a matter between you and your country's Customs office and taxing authority.

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number and email are full and complete. The phone number or email may be used by Postal Service to contact you in case they have problems delivering your order.

Customs information:

Hera and Hermes will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery.

We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. 

Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned.

*please note that orders received by 2PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 2PM will ship the next business day 


Return shipping from anywhere in the United States is $8. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from H+H, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund ( minus return fee)  within 10 calendar days of purchase ! if you requested express or overnight shipping with your purchase those expenses will not be returned.  Returns must be unworn with the original tags attached (including the security tag, if applicable) and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. The initial shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable.The cost of returns from overseas is based on the actual expenses involved.

We accept returns for refund or exchange, for regular and items on sales. Unfortunately, items on final sale are not returnable and refundable. Items that are on final sale ale clearly marked on product page.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first initiate and complete the return process on your account then return the item to us. Upon receipt of the item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. In case of questions send us email at


Non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Here are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 7 days. Expedited shipping fees are not refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you have  done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Final Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items and items on sale may be refunded, unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and return your item to us.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Hera and Hermes Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, Hera and Hermes will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
