Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
 
Due to our marketplace model, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we can sometimes make changes to orders that have yet to be shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has already been dispatched, our support team will happily set up a return for you. Please note that we will not be able to accept a return for any items marked as Final Sale. How much will I be charged for shipping?
 


Hera and Hermes is pleased to provide FREE standard shipping to all continental U.S. states. Orders that do not ship via domestic ground shipping expedited orders will have a shipping fee displayed at checkout.

 

How much will I be charged for return? 

$8 is our standard fee for returning the goods in USA. Outside USA its calculated on case by case bases. 

 
How to use store credit?
 
1)    Please log in to your account to apply store credit to your order when checking out. Once logged in, you will see your available store credit listed in the top menu bar of your homepage or on their account page.
2)    When you go to check out, you will be given the option to use the store credit to pay for your order or to use an alternative payment method and save your store credit for a future purchase.
 
Do the orders ship the same day ?
 
Orders placed by 2 PM will ship the same business day. Order received after 2PM will ship next business days. All orders received on weekends will ship on Monday.
